Word of Life puts together two Leadership conferences each year. One in the fall called Flashpoint and one in January called Checkpoint.

Flashpoint Conference:

The Flashpoint conference is held in September and is a Friday evening to Saturday Afternoon Event. The event consists of strategic planning which helps to motivate, encourage, and instruct leaders in how to effectively reach young people.

The program details Dynamic preaching, practical seminars, great music, testimonies, skits, icebreakers, good food and ministry resources combine to provide an exciting time of leadership development.

Checkpoint Conference:

The Checkpoint Conference is held in the month of January and is all day Saturday at a local church. This conference addresses philosophy, problems, and pressures facing leaders to provide real answers and practical ideas for effective ministry to young people.

The program consist of Encouraging messages, helpful seminars, great music, testimonies, skits, icebreakers, delicious food and ministry resources are the key aspects of the program.
